BKLA Kids
Want your kids to love coming to the gym as much as you do?
BKLA offers a variety of programs and acacemies in a safe, interactive environment where children stay active and engaged under the supervision of our trained staff.
Swim Academy
Lead by our experienced aquatics staff, our regular series of group swim lessons teaches everyone from babies, toddlers, and preschoolers to school-age kids, swim team members, and adults at our facility’s indoor pool. The goal? To improve swimming skills, achieve new levels, and enjoy the process along the way. Available to both Brooklyn Lifestyle Athletic Club members and non-members.
Summer Camps
At BKLA Camps we will provide a positive environment where your child will make new connections, learn new skills, receive academic support and have fun!
Fit Kids Academy

After School Program
The BKLA After School Program aims to strengthen our community by supporting families and helping their children grow and thrive—academically, physically, and socially.
Basketball
Our trainers have trained and schooled in their area of expertise. The activities have been designed for children 5-17 years old.
Super Saturdays
While sports will always be the foundation of Super Saturday, healthy eating, fitness and broad exposure to a variety of activities is important.
Birthday Parties
We offer customized party packages that make the big day fun for them – and stress-free for you!
Arts Academy
We provide an artistic experience that is sure to leave a lasting impression! Your children can express themselves through drawing, painting, expressive design, and dance.
