Elite Physique Bootcamp Full Body Blast

Taught by one of our fitness drill sergeants, a full body strength and weight training class built to lean out those muscles and tone the body.

Spinning

A cardio cycling class that doesn’t compare to any other cardio workout. Spinning is for everyone, at any age and at every level of fitness. Many of our instructors inject their Caribbean vibes to motivate you on your rhythmic journey.

Hatha Yoga

Designed for more experienced yogis with a strong foundation and understanding of yoga postures. You’ll work on taking your practice to the next level as you learn more advanced poses.

Silver Sneakers Classic

Designed for senior adults looking to promote their health and fitness. Wide ranges of low-resistance exercises that help you get active, and feel great while improving overall well-being, strength and social aspects.

Pilates

Pilates is a body conditioning routine that helps build flexibility and long, lean muscles, strength and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back. It puts emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing to relieve stress and allow adequate oxygen flow to muscles, developing a strong core or center, and improving coordination and balance.

Motiv8 & Percolate

A high speed uptempo play on dance aerobics with a hip hop flair you’ll leave drenched and wanting more of this class.

Zumba

A fusion of music and dance themes to deliver an exciting, heart-pumping workout. The routines feature aerobic interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.

Supreme Bodies Boot Camp

A mix of cardio styles with obstacles and drills for a true boot camp experience. High-intensity workout offering a challenge to all fitness levels.

Aquatic Cross Training

Designed to improve flexibility, range of motion, strength, muscle tone and cardiovascular endurance while using the resistance of the water to cushion the feet, knees, and back.
