The workouts are in groups, but the focus is on you.

From beginners just setting out on their fitness journeys to seasoned athletes looking for the next challenge, BKLA’s classes provide a variety of activities and intensity levels.

A cardio cycling class that doesn’t compare to any other cardio workout. Spinning is for everyone, at any age and at every level of fitness. Many of our instructors inject their Caribbean vibes to motivate you on your rhythmic journey.

Hatha Yoga

Designed for more experienced yogis with a strong foundation and understanding of yoga postures. You’ll work on taking your practice to the next level as you learn more advanced poses.

Pilates

Pilates is a body conditioning routine that helps build flexibility and long, lean muscles, strength and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back. It puts emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing to relieve stress and allow adequate oxygen flow to muscles, developing a strong core or center, and improving coordination and balance.
