FAQ's

To our members:

We are so excited to announce that we are reopening the facility on Monday, September 14th.   We know that this year has been unlike any other and many of us have had to deal with the challenges brought forth by the COVID-19 pandemic.

With that in mind, we have used the time that we have been closed to thoughtfully and carefully construct a plan with your health and safety as our top priority.  We have consulted with medical experts, industry experts,  and carefully monitored all the latest protocols and recommendations provided by NY State, the NYC Department of Health and the CDC.

Our plan consists of a phased approach with the goal of getting back to the experience that you have become accustomed to as quickly as possible.  We ask for your patience and understanding that even with the best protocols in place, we must remain fluid as things are constantly changing.

We have put together information to help answer any questions you may have as we want you to have the smoothest transition possible. Please see below.

We have truly missed all of our members and are thrilled to be able to show up for you again as a destination designed to support your overall health and well-being!

If you have any questions please feel free to contact us via email at info@bklanyc.com or by calling 718-209-1010.

Sincerely,

Brooklyn Lifestyle Athletic Club
